Job Responsibilities:
u2022 Provides consultative advice within specific functional areas, working independently to analyze and address complex IT challenges while offering expert guidance to stakeholders.u2022 Evaluates and redesigns business processes, making informed proposals for process re-engineering and IT solutions that align with organizational goals and drive operational improvements.u2022 Implements required IT solutions, including thorough testing, comprehensive training for end-users, and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery.u2022 Leads the design of solutions that meet intricate business requirements, recognizing and addressing the impacts on inter-related systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality.u2022 Participates in scrum teams to realize end-to-end technology solutions, contributing to all phases of the development cycle and ensuring adherence to agile methodologies.u2022 Collaborates with DevOps teams to manage operational activities, including addressing incidents, managing Maintenance Event Coordination (MEC), Year-End Coordination (YEC), and handling service catalogues efficiently.u2022 Builds and maintains active networks with key contacts inside and outside the organization, staying abreast of new developments, insights, and best practices in the field to enhance organizational capabilities.u2022 Ensures all aspects of design, documentation, and SLA support are in compliance with industry standards, organizational guidelines, and regulatory requirements to uphold the integrity and reliability of IT solutions.u2022 Provides clear direction and guidance to scrum teams in designing end-to-end solutions, driving continuous improvements across standards, guidelines, and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.u2022 Identifies and establishes monitoring for critical end-to-end business processes in collaboration with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and Business Process Experts (BPEs), ensuring robust oversight and proactive issue resolution.u2022 Works under limited supervision and broad guidelines, regularly applying independent judgment on matters of significance to drive project success and compliance.Minimum required Education:
Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering from a recognized premier institution of repute.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 10 years in Supply Chain Management (8+ years if holding a Masteru2019s degree).
Minimum 8 years in BlueYonder (6+ years if holding a Masteru2019s degree) with a primary focus on Supply Planning.
Expertise in Enterprise Supply Planning with good knowledge of processes and solvers of SPARQ/MAP, Agile workbench and Forecast netting engine logic.
Min. 2 implementation projects in BY ESP as a Functional or Solutions consultant, including but not limited to integration with other BY modules of Demand and IO. Ability to explain requirements to developers for technical development.u00A0
Candidates with experience only as Key user or technical consultant (Developer, upgrade, cloud support) is not sufficient. Experience as functional consultant is a must.
Minimum 2 years of experience in areas such as requirements gathering, Solution Design and Architecture, DevOps Practices, IT Platforms Performance Optimization.
Preferred Education:
MBA with specialization in Operations, Supply Chain Management or related discipline OR
M.Tech in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or related discipline.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with Inventory Optimization, Demand Planning and Integration with SAP is highly desirable.
Preferred Certification:
APICS certification like CSCP or CPIM.
