We are looking for a skilled IT Network & System Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in network infrastructure, firewall management (Fortinet), and cloud environments (Microsoft Azure & Amazon AWS). This role involves managing and supporting our clients’ IT systems, ensuring network security, uptime, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Fortinet Firewalls (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager).
Design and implement secure and scalable cloud environments on Azure and AWS.
Provide system and network support for on-premise and cloud-based servers.
Monitor system performance, perform backups, and ensure data security and disaster recovery readiness.
Handle VPN setup, LAN/WAN connectivity, and network security policies.
Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
Respond to support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement network upgrades and optimize performance.
Maintain documentation of configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
