IT NETWORK INFRA (HIRING M/F/T) Job Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad / Chennai Experience Required: 10+ Years and more Role: Desirable Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Fortigate, Juniper, F5 AWS, Azure, Ansible, ITIL Key Responsibilities (Mandatory/Expertise): Designing experience on Data centre and bank infrastructure, implementation and handover POCs on new technologies and its implementation Expert level support during the critical incidents and migrations Desing and implementation of new projects on emerging technologies Expertise in building RFP documents for procurement of Network and Security hardware, software 6. Expertise on working on various cloud technologies AWS, Azure - Store simple, private clouds 7. Knowledge on ITIL framework 8. Infrastructure Management a. Capacity, sizing & planning b. New Infrastructure roll out 9. Service Delivery a. Customer Focus with highest level of end user satisfaction for FCR b. Delivering Results aligned to the SLA commitments and high success rate 10. Define & Monitor - KPA, KPI & KRA for team 11. Budget and financial controlling Essential Knowledge 1) Network routing and Switching, Datacentre architecture (leaf and spine) 2) SDWAN technologies, load balancers, Firewall, IDS/IPS, PKI and IP Sec security 3) TCP/IP protocol stack and IP addressing IP Routing Knowledge on Cisco Platforms. IP Applications Knowledge: DNS, DHCP, RADIUS 4) Excellent interpersonal skill & ability to collaborate with different stake holders to deliver services to customer 5) leading geographically dispersed team 6) Vendor / OEM management Competencies: Minimum 5 + years of experience of leading the Team Energetic self-starter with excellent team development & people management skills Should have good understanding of the complete IT infrastructure requirements & hands on experience in Networks & Data Centre, Disaster Recovery Centre, Design and Management preferably in the Financial Services / Banking domain, ITES/Technology domain. Vendor management Demonstrate leadership experience with large, complex environment Seasoned technology leader with rich experience of leading the engineer team Good analytical and problem-solving skills Stakeholder management Ability to work efficiently under pressure in high-stress incident situation Oral and written fluency in English Qualification / Certification: BE/B.Tech (CSE, ECE/IT) or M.E/M.Tech or MCA/MSc (CS) with science background.
