IT Network Administrator

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN setups. Your role will involve configuring, monitoring, and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices to ensure optimal performance and connectivity. In the event of network issues, you will troubleshoot and resolve them promptly, focusing on performance optimization and seamless integration with business systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to ensure the smooth integration of network solutions. Additionally, you will manage network security by configuring firewalls, access control, and intrusion prevention measures. Conducting regular network performance assessments, implementing improvements, and maintaining accurate network documentation will be part of your responsibilities. Providing network support to users, staying updated on industry trends and best practices, and ensuring compliance with network security and regulatory standards are integral aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or possess equivalent work experience. Furthermore, 2-5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, strong expertise in network protocols, and in-depth knowledge of network hardware are required. Experience with network monitoring and management tools, proficiency in network security technologies, and familiarity with cloud networking and SD-WAN are beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, excellent communication, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this position. This is a full-time role with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts from Monday to Friday, with a yearly bonus provided.
