Marketing Technologists (MT) work closely with Marketing, Media and Sales , leveraging the multitude of digital platforms, data streams, external agencies and emerging technology partners required to drive the business and win with P&G consumer and brand. Responsibilities drive omni channel business value related to IT solutions on (marketing technologies) deliver real time insights that improve KPIs, inform new business models and optimize e Business operations. Partner with Data Science on various requirements drive and activate consumer centric data strategies with 1st, 2nd, 3rd party data, ensuring right set of technological and architectural choices leading to Data integration, enrichment, and activation. Understands data structure, sufficiency, quality, compliance, business fit and flows across involved systems. Translation of user needs into technical requirements Provide expert advice to front-end teams on tools choices, integration and issue resolution Identifying, evaluating, implementing marketing technology solutions to optimize campaigns, analyze data. Primary Skills: Strong background in digital/ecommerce/consumer Hands on background with marketing tech including DMP, media, website/mobile technologies etc. Hands on experience in CRM and digital marketing analytics consumer domain Basis project requirement, the resource will acquire required technical experience with emphasis rest for Marketing Technologist domain like consumer, e-commerce, media is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders. Strong analytical and quantitative skills using data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions. Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade offs and evaluate opportunistic insights with internal and external partners. Ability of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Work Experience: Minimum 4-6 years experience working on technology products with atleast 3 years experience on customer facing role.
