IT Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote IT products and services.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Manage branding, positioning, and communication strategies to strengthen the company's market presence.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, website content, and presentations.
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and report on campaign performance.
  • Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Drive lead generation and nurture campaigns to support sales pipeline growth.
  • Work closely with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or software services industry.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B technology marketing or SaaS products.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Exposure to international markets and global campaigns.
