IT - Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic IT Leadership

• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives with focus on SAP and enterprise applications.

• SAP Implementation & Management

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrades, and rollout projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map processes into SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP).
• Ensure system integration with other enterprise applications.
• Oversee SAP support, enhancements, and continuous improvement.

• Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Manage IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks, cloud systems).
• Ensure seamless performance of ERP and other business-critical applications.
• Oversee data management, system upgrades, and integrations.

• Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Implement IT security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and disaster recovery planning.

• Team & Vendor Management

• Lead and mentor IT and SAP teams, ensuring high performance.
• Manage external consultants, SAP partners, and technology vendors.
• Optimize IT costs while ensuring value from technology investments.

• Project & Change Management

• Lead IT projects including SAP rollouts, migrations, and system upgrades.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive process automation and business efficiency through technology.

Education and experience requirement (s)

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1020 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5+ years in a managerial role.

• Mandatory experience in SAP implementation, rollout, and support.

• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure, networking, cloud management, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and vendor management skills.
• Certifications in SAP, PMP, ITIL, CISSP/CISM can be additive advantage.
