IT Manager (ERP implementation)

As the IT Head for ERP Implementation at a leading steel fabrication market leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the transformation of ERP systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the ERP implementation process from vendor selection to forming the implementation team, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing the process until successful completion, including user training. - Keeping up to date with the latest technology trends and implementing automated systems to streamline manual processes. You will also be responsible for researching and recommending network hardware and software acquisitions. - Ensuring the availability and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including systems and services. You will be tasked with organizing, planning, and controlling all IT-related matters such as licenses, data management, wireless communications, telephony, computer hardware, and software. - Maintaining data security, network access, and backup systems. You will troubleshoot network issues and provide strategic solutions in a timely manner. - Building and enhancing the organization's social media presence to boost engagement and brand awareness through various social media channels. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. - Hands-on experience in ERP implementation. - Proficiency in automation processes. - Knowledge of technical management, information analysis, computer hardware, and software. - Experience in computer networks, network administration, and network installation. - Tech-savvy with an awareness of the latest IT technologies.
