IT Integrations Analyst

You will be a critical player in the IT Business Applications team at AppDirect, responsible for maintaining and enhancing integrations between internal systems to ensure a steady flow of data and automation of processes. Your role will involve providing support in case of integration errors, collaborating with team members to find solutions, documenting system changes, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver streamlined automation. Key Responsibilities: - Build, maintain, and enhance integrations between internal systems - Provide support in case of integration errors - Collaborate with team members for solution enhancements through integrations and custom code - Document all system changes - Work with cross-functional teams to deliver streamlined automation Qualifications Required: - University or college degree in computer programming, information technology, or related field - 2+ years of experience with Boomi - Proficiency in building, troubleshooting, and maintaining integrations - Knowledge of Goorvy and Javascript - Experience with APIs, including SOAP and REST - Familiarity with JSON and XML - Strong organizational skills to handle multiple requests concurrently - Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and QA skills - Willingness to learn new systems and technologies in a changing environment - Experience with NetSuite or HubSpot is an asset - Understanding of additional languages such as Python, CSS, HTML is an asset About AppDirect: AppDirect offers a subscription commerce platform that enables the new generation of digital entrepreneurs worldwide.
