It Infrastructure Security Manager

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on IT operation management of following IT Infra modules

• Cisco Routers & Switches
• Checkpoint, Fortinet firewalls
• Radware load balancers
• Designing, Configuration and planning for NW and servers
• Microsoft O365 Administration for AV, Intune, Azure Cloud
• Microsoft Enterprise agreement management
• Reporting, MIS, Asset management of IT
• Network links MPLS, P2P, ILL configuration and operations

IT Infrastructure & Security Management

• Oversee

  network security for Routing, Switching, Firewall, Network Load balancers and end user environment including patch management

  IT Infra End-user compliance policy administration, and cloud (O365) security

  to ensure high availability and protection against cyber threats.
• Implement and maintain

  firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), endpoint security, and SIEM solutions

  .
• Ensure

  secure configuration and hardening

  of servers, routers, switches, and other critical IT assets.
• Manage

  O365 security policies, DLP, Azure AD, and conditional access controls

  .

Compliance & Governance

• Lead

  ISO 27001 (ISMS), ISO 20000 (ITSM), and PCI DSS compliance

  initiatives, including audits, risk assessments, and remediation.
• Develop and enforce

  IT security policies, procedures, and best practices

  in line with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct

  vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits

  to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure

  data privacy and protection

  in compliance with global standards (DPDP, GDPR etc. ).

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

• Design and maintain

  DR/BCP strategies

  to ensure minimal downtime in case of cyber incidents or outages.
• Conduct

  regular backup audits and recovery drills

  .

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network security, and server/cloud security.

• Expert-level knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 20000, and PCI DSS compliance.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Firewalls, VPNs, NAC, and network segmentation

• Windows server security, Active Directory, and Group Policy

• Microsoft O365/Azure security (Defender, Sentinel, Conditional Access, DLP)

• Strong understanding of

  cyber threats, zero-trust architecture, and encryption technologies

  .
• Certifications such as

  CISM, ISO 27001 LA, Microsoft Certified: Security Engineer, or equivalent

  are preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
