Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Lead to join our team and oversee the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-level IT infrastructure. This role requires deep technical expertise in O365 administration, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), VMware, Active Directory, Windows servers, and networking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team while ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of IT systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of IT systems, including cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS), Office 365, VMware virtualization, Active Directory, and Windows servers. Manage and administer O365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), ensuring smooth deployment and operation. Design, implement, and optimize Azure and AWS cloud solutions, including cost management, security, and performance. Oversee the management and optimization of VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter), ensuring efficient virtualization infrastructure. Administer Active Directory services, including user management, group policies, domain controllers, and federated identity management. Ensure the availability, performance, and security of Windows Server environments (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019), along with the deployment and maintenance of applications. Collaborate with the network engineering team to design and implement network solutions that integrate seamlessly with server and cloud infrastructure. Provide leadership and guidance to junior IT staff, helping with training and mentorship. Perform system monitoring and troubleshooting, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability of IT systems. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, backup strategies, and ensure business continuity. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry best practices, offering recommendations to improve IT operations and security. Manage system updates, patches, and lifecycle management of hardware/software. Establish and maintain IT documentation, including architecture designs, network configurations, and operational procedures. Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on cloud platforms, systems architecture, and administration. Experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure and AWS), including architecture, deployment, and management of cloud-based solutions. Strong experience with VMware technologies (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter), including system design, implementation, and performance optimization. Expertise in Active Directory administration, including group policies, domain management, trusts, and identity management. Advanced experience with Windows Server environments (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019) and associated services (DNS, DHCP, IIS, File Services). Basic knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, routing, switching) and security best practices. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues. Experience with system backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies. Experience in managing IT projects from conception through to implementation, managing scope, timelines, and resources. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VMware VCP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Preferred Skills: Experience with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for IT tasks and processes. Familiarity with hybrid cloud solutions and managing multi-cloud environments. Understanding of ITIL frameworks and their implementation in enterprise environments. Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
