Location: Hyderabad Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead and mentor a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment processes, billing models, and Just-in-Time (JIT) hiring while demonstrating strong leadership and client management skills in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Qualifications: 10-15 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record in staffing firms or IT services companies. 5+ years of leadership experience, managing recruitment teams and driving high performance. Hands-on sourcing expertise with the ability to make hires while guiding the team. Expertise in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms to source top talent. Strong understanding of contract staffing billing models and Just-in-Time (JIT) hiring practices. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of Indian and international markets, including visa and mobility processes. Proven experience in recruiting for international markets such as the USA, LATAM, and Preferably Costa Rica .Excellent problem-solving abilities, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in client handling, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain relationships. Ability to provide strategic insights and market trends to clients and stakeholders, aligning recruitment strategies with business goals. Skilled in reporting and recruitment analytics, with the ability to deliver timely, data-driven insights. Proficiency in using recruitment ATS/tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
