Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Domain Server installation and client systems configurations.
Creation and managing of user accounts, group and OUs.
Managing Active Directory , Group Policy , WSUS ,
Performing patch management
Application packaging and distribution
Installing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting for Laptops, Computers hardware and any Other authorized peripheral equipment
Getting involved in daily incident management and resolving the day-to-day problems raised by the users and incidents which are logged by Event monitoring system
Installation and hardening of OS and Applications.
Hardening and System upgrades.
O365 Management
Firewall Management
CrowdStrike Malware Defense
Managing Forcepoint DLP
Securing Printer Management
Troubleshooting issues and outages
Liaising with third party vendors, IT providers etc. for specific requirements
Ensuring Compliance as per Regulated Entity

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of windows, Linux and MacOS
Knowledge of Cloud Computing -AWS and Azure Cloud
Ability to multitask and willingness to learn
