Reporting to: Chief Technical Officer

Position: Full-time

Salary: As per Institution standard

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

 Provide technical support to users, addressing and resolving hardware and software

issues promptly.

 Troubleshoot various technical problems, ranging from network connectivity issues

to system malfunctions.

 Set up and configure desktop hardware, ensuring all equipment is functioning

properly and meets organizational standards.

 Assist in the installation and updates of computer software and operating systems

to ensure optimal performance and security.

 Offer specialized technical support for classrooms, including the maintenance and

operation of AV systems.

 Document technical issues and resolutions in detail for reporting purposes and

future reference.

 Desktop Support

 Network Support (L1)

 Troubleshooting Hardware & Software

 AV System support

 Classroom tech support
