Role Description

IT Infra Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and other IT infrastructure.
• Perform daily branch visits to manage and maintain IT assets.
• Collect, record, and update asset data accurately.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and AMC-related tasks.
• Handle IT-related issues raised through help desk or on-site requests.
• Ensure minimal downtime and smooth functioning of IT systems.
• Support network connectivity and user access issues when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong technical knowledge in

  IT infrastructure support

  and

  technical troubleshooting

• Proficiency in

  desktop and laptop hardware/software maintenance

  .
• Experience in

  help desk support

  and

  system administration

  .
• Excellent

  problem-solving

  skills and

  attention to detail

  .
• Strong

  communication and interpersonal

  abilities.
• Ability to work

  independently

  as well as part of a

  team

  .

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (

  BCA minimum

  MCA/Degree in Computer Science preferred

• Relevant certifications such as

  ITIL

  will be an added advantage.
