IT INFRA SUPPORT ENGINEER

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure across microfinance branches. This will involve providing technical support, performing system administration tasks, and handling help desk requests efficiently. Additionally, you will manage IT assets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs. Regular branch visits will be required to monitor and maintain IT assets. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and other IT infrastructure. - Perform daily branch visits to manage and maintain IT assets. - Collect, record, and update asset data accurately. - Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and AMC-related tasks. - Handle IT-related issues raised through help desk or on-site requests. - Ensure minimal downtime and smooth functioning of IT systems. - Support network connectivity and user access issues when required. Qualifications & Skills: - Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure support and technical troubleshooting. - Proficiency in desktop and laptop hardware/software maintenance. - Experience in help desk support and system administration. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (BCA minimum, MCA/Degree in Computer Science preferred). - Relevant certifications such as ITIL will be an added advantage.
