Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to employees, ensuring their hardware and software issues are resolved efficiently.

Roles and Responsibility

Respond to and diagnose problems through user discussions, troubleshooting, fault rectification, and problem escalation.
Provide effective and timely resolution of users' problems, queries, or complaints.
Assist in hardware and software evaluation and recommend upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure.
Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
Supervise less experienced professionals, providing professional expertise and taking responsibility for the end-product.
Execute specialized projects and activities according to set principles.

Job Requirements

Comprehensive knowledge of specific disciplines or broader areas is required.
Ability to generate and initiate own workload without instructions or guidelines.
