IT Hardware System Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IT Hardware System Engineer to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security of systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with systems administration, network management, and incident response.
Key Responsibilities :- Monitor, maintain, and support servers, networks, and systems for optimal performance.- Manage and troubleshoot incidents related to hardware, software, and network systems.- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning/testing.- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT assets.- Implement security protocols and conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance.- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to support business applications and services.- Create and maintain IT documentation, including SOPs, system configurations, and support logs.- Manage vendors and service providers related to IT infrastructure.- Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and roll outs as needed.- Provide technical support to internal users across multiple locations (onsite and remote).- Maintain inventory of IT hardware assets and ensure proper lifecycle management.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 2-5 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar role.- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux/IOS servers, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).- Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices and change management processes.- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.- Excellent knowledge in IT asset management & strong communication and documentation skills.
