IT hardware engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to maintain and support our company’s computer systems, networks, and users. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, installing hardware/software, and ensuring systems run smoothly and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain network and data security.
• Assist in IT documentation and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6 months or 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and basic cybersecurity.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
