IT Executive (Server & Technical Support)

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Executive to join our technical team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in server management, technical troubleshooting, data handling, and network support. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth and secure technical operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain internal servers and IT infrastructure
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
• Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes
• Monitor system performance, updates, and patches
• Troubleshoot and resolve server and connectivity issues
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT solutions
• Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT/technical support/server handling
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and data systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
