Job Description

IT Infrastructure Maintenance
Maintain and monitor IT systems and infrastructure to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
System Troubleshooting
Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Security Management
Implement and manage IT security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
License & Procurement Management
Oversee software licenses and coordinate IT-related procurement activities in compliance with organizational policies.
User Support & Training
Provide technical support and conduct training sessions for employees to ensure effective use of IT tools and systems.
Data Validation & Reporting
Validate and manage data for accuracy, generate reports, and support decision-making with reliable information.
Email & Communication Systems
Administer corporate email systems and ensure smooth communication across departments.
Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and support requirements.
Compliance Assurance
Ensure IT operations and internal systems comply with organizational and regulatory standards.

Required Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Attention to Detail
Strong focus on accuracy in data management and documentation.
Time Management
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
Leadership Ability
Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and support IT initiatives and teams.
