Job Description

As a SAP PS Business Analyst at L&T Heavy Engineering, your role is crucial in the SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. Your responsibilities include: - Configure SAP PS modules to support Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and asset-intensive project models. - Integrate PS with FICO, MM, and SD modules to ensure seamless project accounting, procurement, and billing. - Participate in solution fitment workshops to align SAP PS functionalities with L&T's heavy engineering workflows. - Map business processes such as WBS creation, network activities, milestone billing, and cost planning. - Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners (e.g., EY, CIT, SAP) to gather requirements and validate configurations. - Support change management and training efforts for project teams. Desired Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of SAP PS experience, preferably in S/4HANA environments. - Strong understanding of project structuring, cost planning, budgeting, and settlement processes. - Experience in ETO models, manufacturing, and engineering domains. - Ability to work in cross-functional teams and support integration testing and data migration.,
