Job Description

Manage and maintain the local IT infrastructure, including in-house servers, cloud servers, networks, systems, and end-user devices. Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT systems, including monitoring and troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring smooth functioning. Manage local IT projects, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of IT initiatives. Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards. Collaborate with other IT team members and stakeholders to ensure effective IT operations and support. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure management and make recommendations for improvements. Maintain documentation related to IT systems, processes, and procedures. Conduct regular audits and assessments of local IT infrastructure to identify and address vulnerabilities or areas for improvement. Knowledge of DVR/ CCTV Camera Setup Knowledge of Biometric / attendance equipment Understanding of firewalls Understanding of NAS Devices
