1. To oversee the information technology needs of the organization
2. Supervising subordinates
3. Coordinating software implementation and upgrades
4. Determining IT budget and equipment needs
5. Ensuring systems security.
6. Works across all department to help identify, promote, and share best IT practices, tools, and processes
7. To Help determine the optimal level of standardization across the company and facilitates the adoption of processes and tools to capture the benefits of standardization
Maintaining required records for the executive member and department
Recovery, reinstallation/reimaging of failed desktop and laptop computers
Answer phones, handle general inquiries, relay messages to appropriate parties
Manage and coordinate meetings
Run/print out daily and monthly reports
Copy, fax and distribute documents
