Roles & Responsibilities
1. Provide support to the users, and will be the first level of contact for any IT issues related to systems, printers, scanners and the network, etc.
2. Administration and maintenance of systems, printers, scanners and the network, etc.
3. Installation of software and hardware.
4. Assist users in the resolving any software, hardware and general IT difficulties.
5. Creation/maintenance of user IDs to the server/application.
6. Coordinating with service providers & vendors for repairs & maintenance of systems.
7. Raising Request of IT consumables, and maintenance of required stock & relevant records.
8. Undertake any other IT related tasks requested by the Manager or his/her line superiors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
