As an experienced IT professional, you will be responsible for troubleshooting network and system problems, as well as solving hardware and application issues reported by users. Your hands-on experience in server and storage infrastructure management will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT systems. Key Responsibilities: - Perform scheduled and manual backups of server and user data - Setup, configure, maintain, and upgrade NetBackup server/client and tape libraries - Monitor daily NetBackup activity and provide proactive reporting to avoid issues - Solve complicated hardware cases and liaise with hardware vendors - Manage Windows Active Directory server and Linux servers - Maintain Active Directory and Group policies - Manage and maintain DNS/DHCP infrastructure - Conduct IT asset management and regular check-ups of desktops, laptops, and servers - Perform server maintenance and operational procedures - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation following industry best practices - Execute IT projects - Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report them accordingly Qualifications Required: - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience - Diploma, BE, or equivalent education With your expertise in IT infrastructure management, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the company's IT systems.,
