The Role

We're looking for an IT Engineering Generalist to join our growing team and help keep our internal systems secure, efficient, and running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you'll work across a broad range of IT areas, from managing the deployment of new tools into our existing stack to supporting end users and troubleshooting issues across devices, apps, networks, and access tools. You'll also focus on automating workflows and building integrations using tools like Zapier or native options within platforms such as Jira or Hubspot.

You'll play a key role in scaling our IT operations, implementing improvements across tooling, automation, and documentation to support a fast-growing global team. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding and Marketing to help drive process improvements and ensure IT best practices are embedded across the company. This is a role for someone who's resourceful, solutions-focused, and excited to build and maintain an IT environment that empowers every team member to do their best work.

What You'll Do

• Design and build workflow automations and integrations across tools like Zapier and native APIs, driving operational efficiency and reducing manual work.
• Administer and customize the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, etc.) to support team productivity, workflow design, and reporting needs.
• Have proficiency in frontend and backend web development using Vercel, Node.js, React, and Chakra UI.
• Lead cross-functional IT projects to implement new processes, internal functions, or evaluate and roll out new vendor platforms.
• Provide responsive and reliable technical support to team members, resolving software, hardware, and access issues across the company.

What We're Looking For

• 46 years of experience in IT Engineering generalist space, with hands-on skills in workflow automation, integrations, scripting and support.
• Able to work core hours aligned with US Pacific Time.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you'll be working across functions to achieve our this role's mission.
• Experience managing high-impact projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Proficiency with tools like the Atlassian stack, Google Workspace stack, Vercel, Node.js, React, as well as experience building automations in Zapier and Posthog or similar.
• Proficiency using headless CMS's, such as Strapi, to deliver website content.
• Experience with all things SEO: Google Search Console, Semrush, Google Tag Manager, optimising for technical/programmatic/on-page SEO, AI related SEO optimisation.
