Description
Remotely troubleshoot and resolve desktop, software, hardware, and network-related issues promptly. Manage and maintain user identities using Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 . Configure, monitor, and support AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, WorkSpaces) for remote desktop and infrastructure operations. Maintain and monitor on-premises server infrastructure , including hosting applications, email servers, and internal IT services. Run backups, disaster recovery, and security measures following established company policies. Create clear technical documentation and maintain a knowledge base for issue resolution. Collaborate closely with internal teams and assist with system upgrades, IT infrastructure improvements, and projects . Requirements: B.Tech (IT/Computer Science) preferred ; relevant Science graduates considered. 4-6 years of professional experience in desktop support, cloud administration, or IT infrastructure management . Proven hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services, Azure Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server administration . Familiarity with Cisco networking hardware (switches, routers, firewalls) . Certifications preferred (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals AZ-900, CCNA, ITIL). Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills . Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
