We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Entry Specialist with experience in the energy/utility sector who aligns with our company culture and is eager to learn and grow in this industry. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry from various utility bill providers into our systems. Process invoices and verify utility billing data for accuracy and completeness. Follow company procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance. Maintain high productivity and quality standards while handling large data volumes. Qualifications & Skills Educational Background: BTech, BSc, BCom, or Post-Graduation in a relevant field. Typing Speed: Minimum 40 WPM . English Proficiency: Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills. Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with a keen eye for accuracy. Critical Thinking: Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks under pressure. Problem-Solving Skills: Evaluate and resolve customer service issues efficiently. Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment while maintaining professional discretion. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word & Excel . Experience Requirements 1+ years of experience in Data Entry/Invoice Processing (Required). Utilities/Energy sector experience preferred Hardware & Software Requirements Operating System: Windows Screen Size: Minimum 14 inches Screen Resolution: FHD ( 19201080 ) Processor: Intel i5 or higher RAM: Minimum 8GB (Must) Software: AnyDesk Internet Speed: 100 Mbps or higher
