Reports to: Senior Manager
Required Qualification: BE/B Tech/BSc (with PG Dip Computers)/ BSc (IT) / MCAPreferred Qualification: BE/B Tech/BSC IT /MCASkill, Knowledge & Trainings: ASP.NET Framework:In-depth knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development.Strong understanding of the .NET Framework and .NET Core architecture.Programming Languages:Proficient in C# programming language for back-end development.Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end libraries like jQuery or modern frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.Database Management:Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including query optimization, database design, and stored procedures.Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and ADO.NET for data access and manipulation.Software Architecture & Design Patterns:Familiarity with software design patterns such as SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, and Repository pattern.Knowledge of micro services architecture and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).Core Competencies:As per Knowledge and Skills given aboveFunctional Competencies:Banking /Capital MarketJob Purpose :Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.Drive a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the development team.Architecture & Design:Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using ASP.NET and related technologies.Lead the design and architecture discussions to ensure that the application architecture meets business needs and aligns with long-term goals.Development & Implementation:Lead the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Ensure the application is developed with clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and industry standards.

Area of Operations
Key ResponsibilityManage the full software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high quality. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and QA.1. Meeting with business users understanding the business requirement2. Application Design, Development, Maintenance of Projects assigned3. Production Support and Change Implementation for Projects assigned4. Code Review and Supervisory Activities, Analysis and Troubleshooting5. QA6. Liaison with other teams such as Network, Infra, System AdminAny Other Requirement:WORKING CONDITIONSShould be ready to work in shifts.Should be ready to work in pressure situations.
