Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to build and lead our technology delivery arm in India. The focus is to deliver solutions for clients in Germany and Saudi Arabia, combining German precision, Indian execution, and Saudi market growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage delivery teams for AI, cybersecurity, and ERP (Odoo, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).

Deliver high-quality implementations for clients in Germany & Saudi Arabia.

Ensure compliance with GDPR (Germany) and NCA/NDAIA standards (Saudi Arabia).

Collaborate with sales/BDM for proposals, demos, and POCs.

Act as technical lead for cross-border partnerships (Germany–India–Saudi Arabia).

Ideal Candidate Profile

10+ years in IT leadership (ERP, cybersecurity, AI).

Strong experience managing offshore delivery for European/GCC clients.

Understanding of compliance frameworks in Germany & Saudi Arabia.

Entrepreneurial mindset: open to equity/profit-share model.
