Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Desktop Engineer with 2 to 10 years of experience to join our team on an immediate contract basis in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Roles and Responsibility

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop engineering.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop engineering solutions.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with IT desktop engineering tools and technologies.
