Job Description

We are looking for motivated graduates eager to learn and grow across multiple technologies and business domains. The role involves working closely with our operations, product, and client teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learn and work on JIRA, MS Dynamics 365, and other tools.

2. Understand domain processes and contribute effectively to team activities.

3. Validate AI chatbot responses and review user transcripts for accuracy and quality.

4. Prepare, validate, and share periodic reports in a timely manner.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss issues, solutions, and improvements.

6. Communicate with clients to help resolve application issues professionally.

7. Adapt to a 4 PM – 12 AM shift and remain flexible for shift changes.

Requirements:

1. Recent graduate with strong willingness to learn new technologies.

2. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

3. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

4. Comfortable working in rotational/late shifts (4 PM – 12 AM).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
