Job Description

As an IT Customer Service New Associate at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and provide the best resolutions. Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within SLAs. You should excel in email and chat processes, with proficiency in typing. Your tasks will involve recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving, or assigning incidents and service requests as per the defined scope of support.
