Job Description

As an IT Customer Service Associate at Accenture, you will be responsible for providing omnichannel non-voice support to customers. Your main tasks will include managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and ensuring the best resolutions are provided within the agreed SLAs. You should excel in email and chat processes, possess good typing skills, and be able to record, diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve, or assign incidents and service requests within the defined scope of support. Your role will involve managing unplanned interruptions to restore normal service operations as quickly as possible for non-voice interactions such as email, web, and chat. To excel in this role, you should adhere to the Accenture Code of Business Ethics, establish strong client relationships, manage multiple stakeholders effectively, meet deadlines, work well in a team, and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility. You will be expected to solve routine problems with guidance from general guidelines and precedents, with interactions primarily within your team and direct supervisor. Detailed instructions will be provided for daily tasks, and more detailed guidance will be given for new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work within a predetermined scope, and you will function as an individual contributor in a team environment. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts. A graduation degree is a minimum qualification requirement, and proficiency in English (International) is essential.
