IT Customer Service Associate

As an IT Customer Service Associate at Accenture, your role will involve managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing the best resolutions. You will be responsible for closing faults and complaints within SLAs, particularly focusing on non-voice interactions such as email, web, and chat.
