In Re:Sources, the backbone of Publicis Groupe, you will be part of a team of 5,000+ professionals serving a global network of prestigious advertising, public relations, media, healthcare, and digital marketing agencies. Your role will involve providing technology solutions and business services to assist Publicis Groupe agencies in creating and innovating for their clients. Additionally, you will contribute to developing and implementing platforms, applications, and tools to enhance productivity and collaboration within the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with the IT & Brand Experience team to integrate written communication with design elements for distribution. - Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on IT industry trends and corporate communication best practices. - Design and edit emails, newsletters, and other communication materials. - Create content with a strong focus on layout and design. - Execute communication campaigns and mass communications effectively. - Utilize Microsoft software, digital communication tools, and platforms proficiently. - Demonstrate expertise in Outlook templates, layouts & design, distribution lists, HTML, SharePoint, and Word Press. - Support the 24/7 environment model effectively. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Communication field. - Proven experience in a similar communication role, especially within the IT Service Management sector. - Strong understanding of corporate communication principles. - Excellent writing and editing skills. - Creative mindset regarding email designing. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a communication specialist. - Familiarity with IT industry accreditation is advantageous. - Additional certification(s) in Microsoft, Cisco, or other IT technologies is a plus.,
