About the Role:

skilled IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to
gather, analyze, and document business requirements
for IT projects.
Translate business needs into
functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
.
Act as a
liaison between business users and technical teams
, ensuring mutual understanding of goals and deliverables.
Participate in
project planning, prioritization, and scope definition
.
Conduct
gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies
for proposed solutions.
Support the design and implementation of
new systems, enhancements, and integrations
.
Develop and maintain
use cases, test cases, and user acceptance criteria
.
Assist in
data analysis, system configuration, and report generation
when required.
Support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
and ensure solution quality before deployment.
Monitor post-implementation performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
