As an Application Support - Contract at Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd, you will be part of a subsidiary company of Mizuho Bank, Ltd, with a focus on creating a global processing center for handling banking and IT operations. The development of MGS is guided by three key pillars: Mutual Respect, Discipline, and Transparency, which form the basis of all processes and operations within the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Providing application support with expertise in ASP.NET and strong SQL knowledge. - Handling IT Helpdesk responsibilities and troubleshooting security issues across various technologies. - Utilizing Azure AD skills and demonstrating a customer-centric approach with excellent time management. - Taking ownership of customer issues, ensuring resolution, and sharing best practices for issue resolution. - Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to quickly learn new technical domains. - Being flexible to work in an operational environment and adhere to an on-call schedule. - Fulfilling other general responsibilities as instructed by management. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT. - 4 to 10 years of work experience in application support. - Expertise in ASP.NET and SQL Database administration. - Proficiency in IT Helpdesk operations and troubleshooting security issues. - Strong Azure AD skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work effectively within a customer-focused team. - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
