IT Application Analyst - Business One

As an Information Technology Business One Application Professional at Sartorius Stedim India Pvt. Ltd in Bangalore, your role will involve maintaining and supporting Business One while ensuring adherence to technology guidelines and corporate information security protocols. **Role Overview:** - Configure SAP Business One to meet agreed requirements - Develop and implement add-on solutions to SAP B1 for specific client business needs - Master specific industry add-ons and integrations to SAP B1 - Manage integration to external systems, including eCommerce systems and SAP E1P - Conduct training for key users on SAP Business One and related applications - Maintain product knowledge and qualifications in SAP Business One - Provide technical support to existing Business One clients - Implement structures and processes within applications to ensure system consistency and IT security according to ITIL guidelines - Utilize MS SQL Server technical skills **Key Responsibilities:** - Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT position - Strong problem-solving skills - Knowledge of Project Management - Experience in IT Consulting - Ability to understand and document business processes and requirements - Team player with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in fluent business English (B2/1) **Qualifications Required:** - Knowledge of S/4 HANA, SAP BTP, and Fiori - Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, Jira, and Confluence At Sartorius Stedim India Pvt.
