IT Analyst We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems analysis, project management, and a deep understanding of business processes. Key Responsibilities Analyze and improve IT systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new IT projects. Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs. Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and applications. Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT analysis or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software. Preferred Skills Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum). Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
