IT Administrator & Support

Key Responsibilities

· Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.

· Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and security systems.

· Provide timely technical support to staff via email, phone, or in person.

· Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues, escalating where necessary.

· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.).

· Perform regular system backups, updates, and patches.

· Ensure data security, antivirus protection, and compliance with IT policies.

· Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, processes, and user guides.

· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement and support.

· Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, cloud migration, or software implementation.

Location:- Rajendra Place, New Delhi

Salary:- 20 to 25k per month

Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
