About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and enhance our company’s IT infrastructure, network systems, and security frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in server administration, troubleshooting, network management, and user support in a fast-paced IT environment.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining system uptime, data protection, and seamless user operations, ensuring the organization’s technology backbone runs smoothly and securely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure across all departments.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, network security, and backup protocols.
• Manage Active Directory, user access, and permissions to ensure compliance.
• Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently.
• Implement antivirus, firewall, and VPN configurations for data protection.
• Handle system upgrades, migrations, and software rollouts.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, warranty, and AMC management.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for IT policies, licenses, and asset inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience as an IT Administrator / System Administrator / Network Engineer.
• Strong working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, server management, and virtualization.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls (Fortinet/Sophos), VPNs, routers, switches, and network diagnostic tools.
• Expertise in Office 365, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/Azure preferred).
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and ensure service continuity.

Pay: ₹11,403.04 - ₹35,038.21 per month
