IT & Admin Systems Coordinator

About the Role:

Penta Orthodontics is seeking a proactive Tech Operations Executive to join our growing team. This role involves providing essential IT and system support within the office, coordinating with service providers, and assisting with technical tasks related to tools and platforms we use daily.

We are looking for candidates residing in or near Ernakulam, especially from Thiruvaniyoor, Mulanthuruthy, Piravom, Tripunithura, and Chottanikkara.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general IT and system support to office staff
• Manage and troubleshoot tools like email, CRM, and other software's.
• Coordinate with vendors and support teams for software/tools used
• Assist with minor website and software-related updates or tasks
• Stay up to date on technology trends, platforms, and digital tools
• Be open to learning and taking on new tech-related assignments as they arise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science/related field
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and common applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and common sense
• Willingness to learn new platforms and technologies independently
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Freshers and career-back candidates (with gaps) are welcome to apply
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Ernakulam, especially in Mulanthuruthy, Piravom, Tripunithura, Chottanikkara, or nearby Thiruvaniyoor
