ISP Performance Marketing Manager - Key Responsibilities As the Performance Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for supporting our demand generation and growth initiatives across 10+ schools. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing regional marketing strategies that build brand awareness , generate demand , and drive customer acquisition and growth . This role is highly collaborative, requiring close alignment with the regional marketing team and local agencies to tailor campaigns for the unique needs of our local markets. Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop, deliver and optimise the regional digital performance marketing strategy following clear goals and objectives that closely align with growth targets and regional nuances. Demand Generation & Campaign Execution: Own the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns through digital channels and initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention. Scaling campaigns across paid, organic and referral channels. Data Analysis & Reporting: Define, track and report on key metrics for success, including campaign performance, lead quality and pipeline contribution. Budget Management: Support the management of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend across campaigns and vendors. Optimising budget for maximum ROI. Testing & Optimisation Identifying and executing growth opportunities, testing new initiatives to improve marketing performance and ROI. Leveraging AI to enhance operations, creative output and data driven decision making. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with relevant teams to ensure regional initiatives support our overarching digital strategy, customer success, and enrolment objectives. Agency Management Drive performance and accountability with relevant partner agencies. Challenging them to deliver exceptional results for ISP. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Education: University degree, with specialisation in Marketing preferred. 7+ years experience in performance marketing. Proven experience of scaling digital marketing capabilities and optimising performance and ROI. Experience of using key performance marketing platforms including Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and HubSpot. Demonstrable experience of managing marketing agencies. Experience working in a global, matrix organisation. Exceptional communication and project management skills. Strong understanding of analysis and optimisation processes across key marketing platforms. Strong project management, communication and organisational skills.
