Responsibilities:

PROCESS CERTIFICATIONS:

• Conduct internal audit as per audit schedule. (IMS Certification).
• Follow ups for the audit NCR closures.
• Develop document procedures and SOPs to define new system and continually improve existing systems.
• Ensure document control is established as per QMS requirement.
• Prepare agenda for the review meetings.
• Manage calibration list of instruments and ensure about the calibration status for all instruments is done on time. (external as well as internal).
• Maintain issue register for the documents distribution and calibration.
• Prepare documents for new upcoming certification. (IMO etc.).
• Prepare documents for certification like recycled content, NSF etc.
• PRODUCT CERTIFICATION:
• Prepare documents for FSC, PEFC certifications on daily basis.
• Prepare documents for BIS, CE etc.
• Prepare documents for Desk audit, SGLS etc.
• Green guard acrylic and HPL sample testing work and maintain records accordingly.
• M1 emission testing work and maintain records accordingly.
• Manage all the records as per master list of test reports.
• Manage all the records for IGBC (Members of Indian Green Building Council).
• OTHER WORKS
• Prepare internal trial reports as per list.
• Manage list of items send to HO, external testing etc.
• Maintain record of external test lab database, quotation and payment status.
• Maintain records for drinking water test.
• Indent and follow up work for all certification and product testing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
