The Warehouse & Packing In-charge will be responsible for overseeing the complete warehouse and packing operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely inward and outward movement of goods, proper storage and hygiene, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The role also involves team management, root cause. Key Responsibilities: 1 - Inventory & Stock Management Maintain accurate records of inventory, ensuring stock levels are regularly updated. Manage inward and outward movement of produce and packing material. Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation. 2 - Warehouse Management Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain product quality and hygiene. Oversee warehouse maintenance, cleanliness, and pest control. Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout for efficient operations. 3 - Packing Operations Supervise packing line activities, ensuring correct packing, sealing, and labeling. Manage packing material usage and availability to avoid shortages. Coordinate packing schedules based on production and dispatch requirements. 4 - Quality Control & Compliance Monitor product quality during storage and packing. Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements. Implement hygiene practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 5 - Team Management Supervise warehouse and packing staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Train team members on warehouse handling, hygiene, and safety standards. Ensure discipline, coordination, and timely completion of tasks. 6 - Safety & Compliance Maintain adherence to workplace safety guidelines and statutory compliances. Conduct regular safety checks and ensure corrective actions where needed. 7 - Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Recommend process improvements to reduce wastage and enhance productivity. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Food Technology, or related field. Experience: 2+ years in warehouse, packing, or inventory management roles (preferably in FMCG / Food industry). Strong knowledge of inventory control, packing operations, hygiene, and safety standards. Ability to manage teams and handle high-volume warehouse operations. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software (preferred). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Immediate joiners preferred.

The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the defined quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves monitoring production and packing processes, identifying deviations, maintaining hygiene standards, and implementing corrective actions. The candidate will also support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance produce quality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1 - Quality Checks & Inspection Perform quality checks at all stages of production and packing. Inspect raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final products against quality parameters. Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, and statutory regulations. 2 - Hygiene & Compliance Monitor hygiene practices across production and packing areas. Train and guide staff on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene protocols. Conduct regular audits to maintain hygiene and safety compliance. 3 - Monitoring & Reporting Monitor production, packing operations, and inventory handling. Record, analyze, and report non-conformities, deviations, or quality issues. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports. 4 - Supervision of Packing Operations Oversee packing line activities to ensure correct labeling, sealing, and product presentation. Ensure that packaging material meets required standards. Support packing planning to optimize productivity and minimize wastage. 5 - Inventory & Equipment Management Monitor packing material and finished goods inventory for quality compliance. Coordinate with the maintenance team for calibration, servicing, and preventive maintenance of equipment. 6 - Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions Investigate complaints, deviations, or rejections. Identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Work with cross-functional teams to implement long-term solutions. 7 - Continuous Improvement Assist in developing SOPs and process improvement initiatives. Implement cost-effective quality assurance techniques without compromising standards. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate / Postgraduate in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Agriculture, Dairy or relevant field. Experience: 23 years of relevant experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance. Strong knowledge of quality checks, hygiene management, and packing standards. Understanding of food safety standards, FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, GMP, and other regulatory requirements . Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action planning. Excellent reporting, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to lead and supervise teams. Immediate joiner required.
