Solution Engineer – iPaaS (Boomi AtomSphere)

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Boomi AtomSphere

  iPaaS platform.
• Thorough understanding of integration patterns including:
  
• API-based integrations
  
• File-based integrations
  
• Event-driven architectures
  
• EDI (EDIFACT, X12)
  
• Expertise with cloud platforms:

  Azure, AWS, GCP

  , including hybrid integration models.
• Proficient with common integration protocols:
  
• REST, SOAP
  
• AS2
  
• SFTP/FTP
  
• HTTP/HTTPS
  
• Skilled in working with data formats:
  
• XML, JSON, CSV
  
• EDIFACT, X12
  
• Experience in:
  
• Platform monitoring and observability
  
• Performance tuning
  
• Troubleshooting integrations and runtime issues
  
• Strong understanding of:
  
• Error handling & retry mechanisms
  
• Logging & monitoring best practices
  

Problem-Solving & Analysis

• Ability to perform deep-dive RCA at both platform and integration-flow levels.
