Job Description:

Join our team as a full-time Teaching Specialist for a 3-year commitment. In this role, you will provide hands-on, practical education to school students (Std. 6–11) in the exciting subjects of Internet of Things (IoT), 3D Printing, Robotics, and Data Science. You will receive initial and ongoing training on the subjects, course materials, computing equipment, and learning kits to effectively engage students in interactive learning experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Science, Technology, or an equivalent field. Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science will also be considered.

Experience:

• 6 months to 2+ years of teaching experience in science or math at schools, colleges, or training organizations. Fresh graduates in this field will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire students, nurture their curiosity, and build their capability to develop future-ready, hands-on skills. Deliver applied learning courses with conceptual understanding and timely feedback. Conduct project-based learning activities using IoT kits and digital tools. Foster innovation, collaboration, and creativity through technology-driven education.

Technical Skills:

• Strong background in STEM subjects. Proficiency in using computers (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Apps). Exposure to Raspberry Pi, Arduino, or 3D printing technology. Experience in project-based learning methods. Ability to engage students using real-life applications of IoT concepts.

Functional Skills:

• Excellent verbal, written, and technology-based communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and regional languages. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and logically. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
