What You Will Do

• Lead technical conversations with US/EU customers; define product behavior and system scope
• Develop clear architectures spanning

• Frame tradeoffs, recommend product decisions, and structure versioned releases
• Translate high-level concepts into actionable requirements and engineering clarity
• Review and challenge engineering decisions to maintain product integrity
• Drive consistency, documentation, and technical quality across teams

• Skill in shaping v1/v2 product scope and defining system behavior
• Comfort guiding customers toward the right product choices

• Strong architectural reasoning across embedded, firmware, cloud, and UI
• Ability to sketch clean data flows, control flows, and platform interactions
• Understanding of reliability, diagnostics, OTA, scalability, performance

Technical Breadth

• Embedded/IoT fundamentals (sensors, interfaces, connectivity)
